For sale is a unique dining room set. It is a nice blend of eames era and newer designs.

It includes the following:

• 6 Tom Vac chairs by Ron Arad
• 1 R Way dining table with 2 leafs (64" - 100")

The Chairs

Rough dimensions = 29.5" x 25.5" x 25.5"

These are truly awesome. The quality on these is amazing. They are also very comfortable and have just the perfect amount of flex so you can lounge comfortably if you like. These chairs are comfortable for both the skinny and the larger person.

The Table

This table is circa 1940's - 1950's and is made of REAL wood. They don't make it like this anymore. I believe it is made Walnut wood.

Here is a pic from the top with the table top slid apart so you can see where you store the 2 leaves.


This is a pic of the underside of the table. As you can see it uses a gear and rail mechanism to make the table top slide easily to access the stored leaves. When is the last time you've seen something like this?

Sofa

This thing is SOLID. You can sit on the arms as they are wide enough to comfortably sit on. Although it looks low, it is just right for sitting. The bottom cushions are interchangeable with the larger side chairs. Here are a few pictures.

You can keep them separate like how I have them here or you can put them together to create another sofa.

these things are awesome. They are bent wood and have tons of style. Each chair has 3 wood pieces that are screwed together with metal spacers.
